SM Conference and Board of Review

• Scoutmaster Conferences and Boards of Review will usually take place at troop meetings, with Boards typically scheduled on the second Friday of each month. From time to time we may offer Boards virtually (via a Zoom call). Please complete the form (linked above) and let us know if we need to find an alternate day or time for you.. 

• Please make sure the signature pages are signed off in your Scout Handbook for the rank your seeking.

• Check your Scoutbook record to make sure it matches what's in your Handbook (and vice-versa).

You will receive an email confirming when your Conference and/or Board is scheduled for.  Please arrive on time, prepared to show you've completed all the requirements for the rank you're seeking, with your Boy Scout Handbook, and in complete Class A Scout Uniform, including

• Scout shorts or pants

• Troop 98 neckerchief and slide

• name tag

• appropriate rank, troop and patrol patches

• merit badge sash (if applicable)

You may be refused a Scoutmaster Conference or Board of Review if you're not in complete uniform (all of it).
