Camping at French Creek State Park

Friday June 12 to Sunday June 14

DEPART:  From St. John's at 6PM on Friday

RETURN:  To St. John's on Sunday at Noon.

Here's what we can do at French Creek:

• Camping

• Hiking

• Orienteering

• Fishing

• Playing frisbee golf

• Checking out the Fire Tower

• Going to Hopewell Furnace State Park to witness "Historic Baseball" (link)

• Going to St. Peter's Village and spend time at the antique Arcade and shops

• If the weather is good, we can kayak or canoe, and if the pool is open we can swim

More trip details:

• Tent camping by patrol

• Meals by patrol

• Bring usual gear for a two-night campout and swimming clothes (swimsuit, towel, flip-flops/slides)

• Bring your Scout uniform and $10 to $20 cash for spending for the ice cream shop and arcade in St. Peter's Village
