I think each patrol should have a kit with:
Two large pots (12 to 16 quarts; BSA's largest is 8 quart) with lids (for stews, chili, soups, or big quantities of taco filling, etc., plus for cleaning)
Two large frying pans, preferably stainless steel, with covers (or which can be covered with lids from the pots)
One cast-iron griddle with grease trough
No screw on or clamp on handles (they break or get lost) but rugged, integral handles (folding handles are okay, as long as they're sturdy)
