SM Conference and Board of Review
Scoutmaster Conferences and Boards of Review will be conducted via Teleconference, typically on the third Sunday of each month (Sunday evening). Please complete the form (linked above) and let us know if neither of these times works for you.
Please take a photo of the signature page(s) from your Scout Handbook for the rank your seeking and send it to email@example.com at least one day before your Conference and/or Board. Please include photos of signed blue cards (or email confirmation) for any merit badge(s) you've recently completed and not turned in.
Most Conferences will be held before Troop Meetings, typically at 7:00. Boards of Review will be usually be held on the SECOND FRIDAY of each month (or the third Friday, if there is no Troop Meeting on the second Friday).
You will receive an email confirming when your Conference and/or Board is scheduled for. Please arrive on time, prepared to show you've completed all the requirements for the rank you're seeking, with your Boy Scout Handbook, and in complete Class A Scout Uniform, including
Scout shorts or pants
Troop 98 neckerchief and slide
appropriate rank, troop and patrol patches
merit badge sash (if applicable)
You may be refused a Scoutmaster Conference or Board of Review if you're not in complete uniform (all of it).
