Bird and Bad Houses for Twining Park in Upper Dublin PA

• My project is to help the city of Upper Dublin in the transition of the former Twining Valley Golf Course into a park by adding bat and birdhouses. 

• The houses will be installed on telephone poles that were used for netting on the driving range (see image below). 

• 6 -  Bat Houses

• 1 - American Kestrel

• 3 - Eastern Screech Owl

• 2 - Barn Owl

• 2 - Eastern BlueBirds.

• Project is to assemble houses kits, sanding, and staining 

• Scouts will screw in the screws, sand, stain, and staple (for bat houses)

• All materials are included. 

• Covid-19 Safe. You can either pick up or we can drop off the kits for assembly

• Good project for scouts of all ages because each house kit is pre-drilled for easy assembly. 

• Birdhouses only require a Phillips screwdriver to complete 

• Bat houses require a Phillips screwdriver and staple gun (I have several to lend out if you need to borrow one)

• If you are interested sign on the sign up sheet to coordinate getting your kit. 

• Completed kits will be picked up or returned to me by 12/6
