  • Invitations look like THIS.  If you didn't pick yours up at the Court of Honor please email Bob to arrange a time to get them from him.  There's a small number of extra invitations, too; email Bob if you want more.

  • File with invitation counts and estimated headcount attending, PLUS checkoff for ex-Troop 98 Scouts and leaders to invite:  INVITATION-COUNT
Please update this file with your approximate number of invitations needed and your headcount (number of personal guests expected to attend the ceremony).
If you need addresses for the ex-Scouts and leaders listed, please email Bob who may have them.

We need your personal pictures for the ceremony slide show and the programs to be handed out.
  • How to upload pictures to the Picasa website (Seven Eagle Drop Box):  INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pictures taken by the photographer:  PHOTOG-PICTURES
Please don't use the outdoor pictures in anything official.  The US flag is improperly placed (too low with respect to the Troop flag).  We are having this fixed in Photoshop and will let you know when it's done (if you're really good at Photoshop please send an email to Bob).

Jamie Hayden, father of Troop 98 Eagle Scout Alex Hayden, is going to put together a fabulous program which will include a really cool personal page.  To do this, we need you to do the following:

  1. Identify between 6 to 8 of your favorite Scouting-related pictures to include in the program (these can be from the ones you've submitted for the slide show).  If you upload your pictures for the slide show, please caption the ones you want used in the program ("Program 1", "Program 2", etc.).  If you give them to us on a drive you can resend them, tag them with us live (in person), or think of some other way.  You can also let us choose (least preferable).
  2. Complete the Scouting history survey which includes questions about:
    • your Cub Scouting history
    • your Boy Scouting history
    • what Summer Camps and High Adventure you attended (or anything else special, like Jamborees)
    • what positions you've held
    • a one-sentence summary of your Eagle Scout project
    • a brief personal statement (about how you feel about Scouting, your future plans, etc.)
